Costa del Sol West (Malaga to Sotogrande) the Sun Coast is the Pearl of the Mediterranean. It stretches for 161 Km along the Malaga coastal area, south of Spain, on the western edge of the Mediterranean Sea until the hill of Sotogrande towards the Rock of Gibraltar. The coast west of Malaga is the most famous and populous area of the Costa del Sol.

The main coastal towns are Torremolinos, Benelmadena, Fuengirola, the fashionable resort of Marbella which leads to the exclusive harbour at Puerto Banus and then Estepona. The mix of exceptional nightlife, highclass shopping and sun drenched beaches is a contrast to the typical inland villages in the mountains, in particular Mijas and Ronda.

Even further inland are the numerous villages in the Andalucian countryside popular with those who want an idyllic home with magnificent mountain views but accessible to all the coast has to offer. All this within a short distance of Malaga International Airport.
