Registering as a Bidder.

Click on the 5 Easy Steps to Buying your Property and then on step 3 to download and print off all the documents that you require in order to bid at our auction. Once you have completed these, you need to send these to us and type in your solicitors details on the My Yellow Apricot section of the website once you have logged in.

You will then receive a bidding number which is unique to you. All you have to do now is to wait until the day and time of the auction, log in with your email address that you have registered with us and you can bid on any property from any internet connection anywhere in the world! Registering as a Seller.

Click on the 5 Easy Steps to Selling your Property, register your property and upload up to 9 images. We will then evaluate the information that you have supplied and get back to you normally within 24 working hours to finalise a reserve price for your property and to answer any questions that you have.

Once we have given you the go-ahead, you need to click on Step 4 on the 5 Easy Steps to Selling your Property, download and print all the required documents, complete and get them certified where appropriate and send us all the items requested in Step 4.
