Estate Angels collects personally identifiable information when you register as a homebuyer/seller on this website. So, once you register as a homebuyer/seller on this site, you are no longer anonymous to us. This information is stored in our online database which is accessible to our staff. Our staff observe the highest standards of client confidentiality and work to a company code of conduct.
When registering as a homebuyer/seller, or through the members' area on this site (MyMoveAngel), we ask if you would like to select any estate agents to contact. If you select to contact any estate agents, the information we have gathered about you will be passed on to those selected.
Estate Angels also provides visitors with additional homebuyer services, including help finding the most suitable mortgage and help selling a home - services often required when moving. We have an arrangement with a network of mortgage consultants (through Mortgage Angels) and estate agents. If requested, your details will be passed to the most appropriate mortgage consultant and also to the network of estate agents.
With the exception of estate agents whom you select to contact, a mortgage adviser and a network of estate agents to help with selling your home, we will not pass your personally identifiable information onto any other person or organisation without explicitly stating so.
We also have various newsletters and maillings you can choose to subscribe to. You can unsubscribe to all such mailings following instructions in those mailings.
We share a user datatabase with Mortgage Angels. If you register on the Mortgage Angels' website, or on other partner websites, you may find that you are no longer anonymous to us when visiting this website, and vice versa. This is to facilitate filling in forms on our network of sites without having to retype your personal details.
