Two Worcestershire estate agents are to be recognised at the 2007 Daily Mail UK Property Awards.
Both Andrew Grant and Premier Places are based in the town of Worcester and, while the nature of the awards has yet to be confirmed by the ceremony's organisers, it is thought that they will be in recognition of continued growth and consistently high customer service standards.
This year's panel of judges included Peter Bolton King, the chief executive of the National Association of Estate Agents, Imtiaz Farookhi, chief executive of the National House Building Council, and Phil Spencer, the presenter of Channel 4's leading property show Location, Location, Location .
"This is a wonderful achievement and fully reflective of Andrew Grant's ongoing commitment to the delivery of high customer service standards," said David Stuart-Smith, the firm's sales and marketing director.
Brandon Weston, the managing director of Premier Places, added: "This award is recognition of all the hard work the team have put in over the last ten years."
The award ceremony is due to take place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on Friday, October 5th.
