Property guru Phil Spencer has revealed he plans to open a branch of his London-based house hunting business in East Anglia.
Mr Spencer, who is famous for co-hosting hit Channel 4 television show Location, Location, Location alongside Kirstie Allsopp, has been running property finding firm Garrington since 1996 and has now decided it is time to establish a presence in the east of England.
Speaking to the Eastern Daily Press, he explained that he believes it is "an absolutely essential area to be in".
"Increasingly, this region fills all the criteria that buyers are looking for - culturally, scenically and architecturally - and I predict that exceptional properties in this county will become hugely sought-after.
"I''m very excited about the new Garrington office, as demand for property in this area is most definitely on the rise."
Jonathan Hopper, an estate agent with experience in the Norwich market, will run the office, which will be called Garrington East.
The firm claims to bring efficiency to the process of buying a house, representing the interests of people trying to find a property and working with estate agents to make deals.
