A local estate agent is lacing up her running shoes and joining a 700-strong crowd for this year''s Eastbourne Hospitality Association Half Marathon, the Worthing Herald reports.

Reid and Dean Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents are lending their support as the major sponsors, in a race to promote community building.

Partner Lynda Dean says that this is the second year that Reid and Dean have been the major sponsors.

"We are only too pleased to be involved with such a worthwhile and enjoyable local community event building on the success of last year''s run," she told the newspaper.

She added: "This is the second year that Reid and Dean has pledged its support to the run and I am very much looking forward to the day."

The event, which kicks off at 10am on March 2nd will see the runners head from Princes Park along the seafront and past the recently revamped harbour area.
