No neighbours but a life of luxury

A great grandmother got better value for money than she expected when she paid £300,000 for a two-bedroom apartment in Newquay.
The seaside apartment is part of a block of 29 but 83-year-old Mavis Ward usually has the whole place to herself.
The majority of people who own the other apartments treat them mainly as holiday homes, meaning that Ms Ward has the run of the place.
It means that she can take advantage of all the facilities on offer, including a gym and a sauna.
"I am the lady of the manor and I have the whole place to myself," said the retired divorcee.
"I have my gym with swimming pool, treadmill, rowing machine, exercise bike and sauna.
"There is also a rooftop garden - but I never use it because it is windy up there. It is peaceful and quiet here and the view is fabulous," she added.
Ms Ward is never stuck for a parking space and has a maintenance man on hand whenever she needs him.
