Celebrity chef and star of I''m A Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here! John Burton Race has seen the asking price of his guesthouse slashed.
Administrators have reduced the asking price significantly in a bid to secure a quick sale.
The New Angel Rooms guesthouse in Devon was run by Burton Race along with his wife.
However, the pair split in 2007 and the chef''s company has since gone into administration with debts of more than £1 million.
The guesthouse, which comes complete with six en-suite bedrooms, a lounge for residents, a breakfast room and kitchen, was originally put on the market for £750,000.
However, this has now been reduced to just £695,000 after three weeks on the market due to a lack of buyer interest.
"We have cut the price in the hope to make a quick sale," Michael Easton, from Christie and Co, told the Cornishman
