London continues to attract investors

London remains a property investment hotspot and will continue to be for some time.

That is according to the Urban Land Institute, which believes that the city''s advanced infrastructure is partly behind this.

In addition, the organisation pointed out that London is a truly global capital and is seen the world over as a great place to invest.

Prices are always likely to rise in the city as well, with a constant stream of buyers ensuring that most investors will make good returns.

"London is still seen by investors worldwide as one of a very small number of truly world capitals with New York and Tokyo," said William Kistler from the Urban Land Institute.

"London has fundamental assets in terms of physical things like airports and infrastructure, human capital and universities along with other things that make it a very desirable location.

"Long-term, London is still competitive," he added.

The Young Group recently revealed that 95 per cent of London property investors intend to hang on to their properties for at least 12 more months.ADNFCR-1143-ID-18517709-ADNFCR
