Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio has reportedly bought an eco-friendly apartment.
It is not known how much he spent on the New York flat but it comes with a number of green features.
The luxury apartment overlooks the Hudson River and is part of a 263-unit complex.
It was constructed using non-pollutant materials, comes with programmable thermostats and a 24-hour fresh filtered air system.
In addition, the flat is solar powered, has a media cafe, rooftop green landscaping and a dog spa.
"Riverhouse is a prime example of how green technology is both accessible and achievable for new residential developments - it is a groundbreaking building," said one of DiCaprio''s representatives.
The actor is set to move into the new apartment in the summer and it follows the release of The 11th Hour.
The feature film-length documentary was created, produced and narrated by DiCaprio and focuses on global warming.
