Investment property remains attractive

The UK property market is still attractive to buyers, according to a debate for the Property Investor and Homebuyer Show.
Experts from the field were joined in their confidence about the future of the housing market.
Glenn Armstrong from G&A Property said that now is "definitely" a good time to invest.
Jonty Crossick, chief executive officer of Ready2Invest, agreed as long as buyers are intelligent with what they purchase.
"I don''t see why people can''t buy one or two properties in the UK if they buy aggressively," he commented.
"Buy below market value, push the seller hard for a good deal and make sure that the rental income really stacks up for any unforeseen eventualities.
"If that''s ok then you''ll be fine, if you don''t stick to the fundamentals then you''ll get burnt," added Mr Crossick.
